Details About Anacortes Neighborhoods
Four popular neighborhoods you’ll want to move to in Anacortes.
Have you ever thought about moving to the beautiful Anacortes? There are a lot of great things about the area, so a lot of people want to take advantage of that! New buyers often come from out of our area, and we get a lot of Californians and people from King Counties. Anacortes has a lot to offer, so today I'll talk a little bit more about some of the neighborhoods.
The great thing about Anacortes is that it’s accessible by bridge. That makes it easy to commute and get to the I-5 corridor. We also have five amazing marinas that are the gateway to the San Juan Islands. There are 2,800 acres of forest here for anybody that likes to bike, hike, and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
One of the biggest neighborhoods in Anacortes is Skyline. Skyline has waterfront homes with docks and spectacular westerly views of sunsets. There’s also a small section of manufactured homes, so there's something for everybody. Skyline has boat beach access, a cabana, and a clubhouse with tennis courts.
“Anacortes is accessible by bridge, so commuting is easy.”
Rockridge is an up-and-coming neighborhood with craftsman homes with spectacular views. The benefit to living in Rockridge is that you're right next to the Anacortes forest land.
Clearidge is a big neighborhood with about 200 homes. The neighborhood started in about 1979, so there are many different styles. The area is sloped, so there are a lot of daylight basements. Clearidge has covenants codes and restrictions, but the dues are voluntary.
The fourth neighborhood is San Juan Passage. It’s a coastal neighborhood with waterfront homes and quick access to the Guemes Trail. They also have beautiful parks and pickleball courts.
