We are still seeing a very strong real estate market and expect it to continue in 2022. We have a huge lack of inventory right now, so if you’re considering selling your home, now is the time. Interest rates are still low, and more buyers have been able to get into houses without multiple-offer situations and bidding wars. 

The best thing about buying in the winter is the negotiating power. If a home has sat on the market for a while, you can negotiate with the seller. Although inventory may be low and some homes may need repairs, this winter is a great opportunity to buy a home.
